Six deliverables. Each one board-ready.

Every deliverable is built to be presented, signed, and operationalized. No discovery decks, no observations slides, no "next steps" documents. Each item is a working artifact you can act on the day it lands.

01 · Diagnostic

Shadow AI Inventory

A documented map of every AI tool in use across your organization, including unsanctioned ones. We surface the ChatGPT habits, the Copilot footprint, the embedded vendor AI, and the clinical or operational workflows quietly using GenAI. Includes risk-tier classification.

Format: Sheet + Executive Map
02 · Foundation

Model Governance Committee Charter

The standing-committee charter your board needs to sign off on AI decisions with confidence. Defines membership, decision rights, escalation paths, review cadence, and reporting structure. Modeled on NAIC AI Model Bulletin and HHS December 2025 AI Strategy expectations.

Format: Signed-Ready DOCX
03 · Foundation

AI Acceptable Use Policy

A workforce-facing policy that gives staff clear rules without freezing innovation. Covers GenAI tool use, data handling, customer and patient information, vendor procurement triggers, and reporting obligations. Plain language. HR-ready.

Format: Signed-Ready DOCX + Plain-Language One-Pager
04 · Foundation

Vendor Risk Framework

A scoring framework and intake template for AI vendor evaluation. Covers data residency, model lineage, audit rights, indemnification, and exit terms. Pairs with a one-page intake form your procurement team can use immediately.

Format: Framework Doc + Intake Template
05 · Strategy

ROI Roadmap

Three to five concrete use cases scored by behavioral readiness, technical feasibility, and projected ROI. Each use case includes scope, owner, time-to-value estimate, and dependencies. Sequenced as a 12-month roadmap with 30, 60, and 90-day milestones.

Format: Roadmap Deck + Scoring Sheet
06 · Compliance

Regulatory Alignment Checklist

A working checklist mapped to your specific regulatory environment (NAIC, HHS, JCAHO, HIPAA, state-level rules). Identifies what you already meet, what needs documentation, and what needs structural change. Includes a 90-day priority list.

Format: Checklist + Priority Brief

The deliverables are yours either way. No retainer required, no continuation pressure. If two weeks is all you want, two weeks is what you get.

THE TWO WEEKS

Structured. Predictable. No surprises.

A clear cadence so your team knows what's expected, when, and from whom.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Built for a specific moment. Worth saying out loud.

A STRONG FIT IF
  • You're a mid-market healthcare or regulated organization (200-2,000 employees)
  • You have an AI initiative in motion or a board asking sharp questions about one
  • Your governance, policy, or vendor work is informal or ad hoc
  • Your executive sponsor wants a real artifact in two weeks, not a kickoff scheduled in two months
  • You're considering Fractional CAIO support and want to test fit before a longer engagement
PROBABLY NOT IF
  • You're pre-revenue or under 50 employees (we may still take the call, but the fit is different)
  • You have a mature, established Model Governance Committee already operating
  • You're looking for a full 6-month strategy engagement (start with a Discovery Call instead)
  • You need someone to build the AI system itself (we focus on governance, adoption, and the human side)

QUESTIONS WE GET

Practical answers before you book.

Is the Sprint required before the Fractional CAIO retainer?

Yes. The Sprint earns the right to the retainer and protects you from a long engagement with the wrong fit. After the 14 days, the deliverables are yours whether you continue or not.

Who works on the Sprint?

Tiago Ferreira directly. Two Master's degrees (Cyberpsychology and Digital Transformation Leadership), MBE-certified, published in JMIRx Med (2024). The Sprint is not staffed out to associates.

What if we already have AI policies in place?

We start by reviewing what exists, then strengthen what works and rewrite what doesn't. Many policies look complete on paper but miss the operational substance regulators expect. The Sprint surfaces those gaps quickly.

How much of our team's time is required?

Two structured working sessions in week one (90 minutes each), one stakeholder interview round (5-7 leaders at 45 minutes each), and a 60-minute final readout in week two. Most of the work happens off-side.

Is this only for healthcare?

Healthcare is the lead vertical and where the methodology is tightest. The same approach applies cleanly to life insurance, financial services, and government. The Regulatory Alignment Checklist tunes to your specific environment.

What happens if we want to continue afterward?

We discuss the Fractional CAIO retainer (3-4 days per month, 12-month minimum, $15,000 to $20,000 monthly plus a $15,000 onboarding fee). The Sprint deliverables become the operating foundation for the retainer.

READY TO START?

Two weeks. Six deliverables. $7,500 fixed.

Book your Sprint and we'll schedule kickoff within five business days. The deliverables are yours either way, no retainer required.
